The Board

Board of Directors

Our board members are deeply invested in the Visitation community and represent a wide range of backgrounds and life stages. Some are alumni or have alumni in their families, some have children or grandchildren currently attending Visitation, and others joined the parish later in life and quickly found a home here.

Together, we bring experience in financial stewardship, management, and nonprofit leadership. United by our shared faith, our goal is to represent the Visitation community well and help build a strong, sustainable, and faithful future for the parish and school.

Maria Kersting
President

Maria Kersting is a lifelong Westsider and parishioner at Our Lady of the Visitation for more than 15 years. She and her husband, Clint, are raising their three children—Max, Reese, and Carmen—within the Visitation community, continuing a family legacy rooted in the parish.

Maria is actively involved at Visitation as a Girl Scout leader, recess mom, and wherever an extra set of hands is needed. She holds a Doctorate in Audiology and chose to step away from her career to focus on raising her children in faith, service, and kindness.

Dennis Dreyer
Treasurer

Dennis Dreyer attended Our Lady of Lourdes Grade School, Elder High School, and Xavier University. He and his wife, Cindy, have been married for more than 50 years and are the proud parents of four children educated in Catholic schools.

With more than 45 years of business experience, Dennis has managed receivable and risk management portfolios exceeding $500 million. He has served in leadership roles on education and finance committees and co-chaired a major parish fundraising effort, reflecting his lifelong commitment to stewardship and Catholic community.

Christina Yockey

Secretary

Christina was born and raised Catholic on the west side of Cincinnati. After attending Purdue University and spending several years living and traveling across the country, she felt called to return home, where she married her husband, Matt, a fellow west-side Catholic, and built a life grounded in faith, family, and service. Christina and her family joined Our Lady of the Visitation in 2015 and quickly found a home within the parish and school, where their two children are currently enrolled.

With a background as an Industrial Sales Engineer and Project Manager, Christina brings strong organizational leadership, strategic thinking, and a creative, artistic perspective to all she does. She serves Visitation in many capacities, including PTO, coaching, Girl Scouts, and volunteer roles such as recess duty and cafeteria support. Christina is deeply committed to faith-centered service, event planning, and supporting her family’s businesses, and is passionate about building relationships and giving back to her parish and community.

Mark Rudemiller

Board Member

Dr. Mark Rudemiller is a lifelong Westsider whose family joined Visitation in 1965 and who is a proud graduate of the Visitation Class of 1968. Visitation has been central to his family’s life, with multiple generations receiving a strong Catholic education.

An Elder High School graduate, Dr. Rudemiller is a retired family physician who practiced on the west side for 40 years. He and his wife, Julie, have been married for 45 years and are blessed with 11 grandchildren, five of whom attend Visitation. He is deeply committed to preserving the community and faith that define Visitation.

Chris Lahni

Board Member

Chris Lahni was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati and is a proud graduate of Elder High School and Xavier University. He and his wife, a Visitation alumna, are raising their two daughters within the Our Lady of the Visitation School community. Being part of Visitation as a parent has deepened Chris’s appreciation for the faith, tradition, and support that define the parish.

Catholic education and parish life have been central throughout Chris’s life. He remains active in the community through youth sports and service on several nonprofit boards, and he is committed to ensuring Visitation continues to be a place where families feel connected, supported, and rooted in faith for generations to come.
